If you have a question about a purchase, please let us know whether you're playing on iPhone or Android, and attach the purchase confirmation from Apple or Google.

How do I play?

Tap "Let's Go" on the map, or tap a station, and answer the questions against the clock. Every station you pass brings a piece of the map to life in color, and new worlds open up. After each answer, the game explains why it's correct.

What are supplies?

Every quiz round costs one supply. Your supplies refill over time on their own, and faster with Coins. If you run out, you can also get supplies by watching an optional ad video, and the game can remind you as soon as your supplies are full again.

I bought something, but it hasn't arrived

Close the app completely and reopen it while your device is online; pending purchases are then delivered. If the purchase still doesn't arrive, write to us with your purchase confirmation.

How do I get my purchases back on a new device?

"Ad-free" and the starter pack can be restored in the app under Settings → Purchases → Restore Purchases. Sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used to buy them. Coin packs are credited and spent at the time of purchase; they can't be restored.

How do I get a refund?

Billing runs exclusively through Apple or Google, so only they can issue refunds: on iPhone via reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android in the Google Play Store under "Payments & subscriptions" or "Budget & history".

Why do I see ads, and what does "Ad-free" do?

Trivia Traveler is free, so it shows ads from Unity Ads. The ads are matched only to context, not to your profile. An ad may appear between two rounds; reward videos are only ever started by you. The "Ad-free" purchase permanently removes the ads between rounds. You can still watch optional videos for supplies or Coins.

Report an inappropriate or misleading ad under Settings → Privacy → Report a Problematic Ad.

How do I turn off reminders?

In the app under Settings → Reminders, you can turn off the free-spin message and the full-supplies message separately. You can also turn off all of the app's notifications in your device's settings.

A question is wrong or unclear

Tap the flag icon at the top right of the question screen, choose a reason, and if you like, describe what's wrong. We review every report and correct the question.

Is my progress saved?

Your progress is stored on your device. You can also back it up with Apple or Google: in the app under Settings → Account & Privacy → Back up your progress (on Android with Google). Your progress is then also stored on our server, and you can load it on a new device or after reinstalling the app. Without a backup, your progress is gone if you delete the app. You can restore "Ad-free" and starter pack purchases as described above.

How do I get my data deleted?

In the app under Settings → Account & Privacy, copy your player ID and send it to [email protected]. We'll then delete everything stored on our server under that ID. If you back up your progress with Apple or Google, you can also delete your account yourself, see Delete account. What we store and why is explained in the Privacy Policy.

What language is the game in?

Trivia Traveler starts in the language of your device if the game is available in it, otherwise in English. You can choose the language when you first start the game and change it at any time under Settings → Language; questions, answers and explanations switch with it, and your progress stays the same.
